Egg Dhaba is a unique eatery in Dubai, and it is much more than a restaurant. While it primarily deals with egg-based dishes and omelets of different kinds, the concept is to serve meals which are close to the subcontinental culture and that too at a competitive price. This is why Egg Dhaba, based at Cluster H Lake Level JLT, is becoming a favourite place for people who love Mughlai and Indian recipes, as well as a mix blend of egg cuisine.
Satvinder Singh, the owner and man behind the egg-based mouthwatering dishes, says his passion with eggs drove him to kick-start a restaurant where egg-based food attains signatory significance. He says hardly there are any competitors when it comes to egg recipes, and he plans to make it a preferred destination for foodies at a nominal cost.
Singh hails from Delhi, and his restaurant is two years old. He has plans to open new branches in Dubai and other emirates. Singh has trained his staff of 15 people (Indian and Pakistani), and prides in the fact that when he started his business, he used to do it all alone. "It is my creativity with eggs that is our hallmark at Egg Dhaba," Singh says, adding, "I myself cook Mughlai and other dishes as well."
Egg Dhaba is frequented by people from all walks of life, and is getting popular day by day. The uniqueness is that Singh has managed to bag a sizeable number of customers who are vegetarian, too. Apart from egg delicacies, the restaurant has a complete offering when it comes to choosing from mouthwatering chicken and veg-dishes. A cup of 'Karak' tea makes it a full serving meal.
Singh especially mentions his 'paper-egg omelet', which is unique in the world. So is the case with many other eggy stuff, which are cooked and served with a perfect balance of seasoning spices. Likewise, it has 25 types of different combo meals for vegetarian guests, and all are these are served with a choice of Rice/Phulkas (pan Roti)/Paranthis, filled with pepper, salt and cumin seed. Being at Egg Dhaba and experiencing the egg delight is must-to-do thing for foodies.
