Why this Indian actor was outraged after ordering iPhone XS online

He shared his unfortunate incident on Twitter.

South-Indian actor Nakkhul Jaidev took to Twitter this week to complain about the fake iPhone he received from an online store. 
In a series of tweets, the enraged actor said that he ordered an iPhone XS Max for his wife and it turned out to be fake.

The new phone had air bubbles on it and few scratches on the side. He also posted a picture of two handsets of the same iPhone XS model bought from different online retail stores. The fake handset had more holes than the original piece. 
He was shocked when after reaching out to the customer care department of the online retailer, he ws told they couldn't help him regarding the issue.
