Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan tests positive for Covid-19, admitted to hospital
The 77-year-old was last seen in Shoojit Sircar's Gulabo Sitabo that released on Amazon Prime Video.
Bollywood icon and superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on Saturday evening according to reporters in Indian media.
The actor took to Twitter to confirm that he had tested positive for Coronavirus and asking all those who had come in contact with him in the past 10 days to get tested as well.
He mentions that the family and staff at his residence have undergone testing as well and their results are awaited.
The 77-year-old was last seen in Shoojit Sircar's Gulabo Sitabo that released on Amazon Prime Video.
