Michelin moments
Michelin-starred Chef Vineet Bhatia, through his venue Indego by Vineet, is offering a mouth-watering three-course menu this Thursday from 7pm to 11.30pm. Choose from an array of starters such as the sensational samosa doughnut, the tangy chaat triology accompanied with dahi bhalla ice cream. Tumeric prawns and kappi chop are our choices for main courses. The three-course set menu includes one starter, one main course and one dessert, which is priced from Dhs280.
Biryani bonanza
Be it great aroma, mouth-watering taste or colourful appearance, a perfect biryani is a complete meal. The latest limited menu at Zafran Indian Bistro celebrates this rich, flavourful, wholesome dish. Conceptualised by Chef Sajeev Chelattu, the Yalla Biryani menu elevates this popular bite to a culinary experience that is unforgettable and ideal for a small Diwali get-together or just a catch up with loved ones. Prices start at Dhs72 for a pot that can serve two.
We love Looshi
To add a little sparkle to an occasion centered upon beautiful candles and rich colours, Deliveroo has partnered with homegrown bakery Looshi's to create Rangoli inspired cookies. On October 27, for one day only, every order from Deliveroo Editions (JLT, Hessa Street & Business Bay) will include a complimentary Rangoli cookie.
Feast on this
Purani Dilli at Four Points by Sheraton, Sheikh Zayed Road, is keeping up with the Diwali traditions of eating and sharing food with your loved ones on October 27 from 6pm. The menu focuses on Indian sweets in particular. Indulge in the live chaat counter or dig into starters including tandoori phalo ki chaat, haldi mirch murgh tikka, but do not miss out on the live jalebi counter.
