Japanese actress Yuko Takeuchi found dead

Police suspect she may have committed suicide.

Well-known Japanese actress Yuko Takeuchi has passed away at the age of 40. She was found dead at her home in Shibuya Ward, Japan, according to a BBC report.
Police who have launched a probe, suspect the mother of two took her own life.
Takeuchi acted in many films and TV series including the HBO series Miss Sherlock in 2018, where she played a female Sherlock Holmes.
She also won best actress in a leading role category three years in a row, between 2004 and 2007, in the Japanese Academy Awards.
