How to make the most of your Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Khaleej Times recommends...
Brunch on a boat
Mega yacht anyone? That's right, you heard us. From tomorrow you can enjoy brunch on a 500 person capacity Lotus yacht. Five decks, a 500 sq.ft pool, a VIP Jacuzzi area, an onboard nightclub and cinema will make this a day to remember. Every Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 5pm, the boat leaves from Dubai Marina and takes in the Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis. And it's not as expensive as you may expect. Packages start from Dhs149! On February 16, British musician Dane Bowers will join the cruise. Look on Platinum List for tickets.
Chinese New Year
Celebrate Chinese New Year this February at JBR with fun activities, bringing a touch of Asian culture to Dubai. As part of the ongoing #WOWJBR campaign, the city's first beachfront destination will hold cultural workshops and Kung Fu classes. Both are taking place in Rimal Square from today.
More burgers!!
Get up to 50 per cent off on some of the best burgers in town! After last summer's Pizza Week, Talabat is dedicating an entire week to another much 'relished' food group. BURGER WEEK runs until Monday across a number of the UAE's favourite burger joints, ranging from fast food to gourmet delights.
Ladies weekend
When one night out isn't enough, trust the folks at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai to kick off a brand new experience -  Ladies' Weekend. Ricetta sets aside two nights for ladies to come and celebrate friendship, hard work and good times every Thursday and Friday night from 6pm onwards. Enjoy the F&B offers.
Yoga with SALT
With SALT's new Bay Yoga, there's a world of activities and events for Salters this February! Stay cool and energised with some early morning stretching on Kite Beach tomorrow from 9.30am right by SALT's Airstream trailer. What's better than getting the blood pumping on a Friday morning and then treating yourself to a late brekkie or early lunch in the sun? We don't know!
It gives you wings
The Red Bull Air Race is returning to Abu Dhabi this weekend. It features the world's best race pilots combining speed, precision and skill. Using the fastest, lightweight racing planes pilots hit speeds of 370kmh while enduring forces of up to 10G as they navigate a low-level slalom track. The Hiltonia Beach Club and Asia De Cuba have special packages for the event.

Detox desert
Only an hour's drive from Dubai, Alma is the perfect get away for those seeking detox, creativeness, and a chance to switch off. The complex in Ras Al Khaimah has returned with longer stays, a new healthy menu, extra facilities, and an enhanced set of fitness and mindfulness programmes designed to nourish the mind and heart. Yoga, art, exercise and sweat tent meditation. Sounds good!
Tinie's MAD
Mad On Yas Island is continuing its super star hot streak by bringing in Tinie Tempah tonight. The London style icon is always a great act and will be playing the hits you know and love. WHERE: Yas Island

Pacific fun
Saturday is Hawaii night down at Mahiki. Ric Banks will be playing a boat-load of reggaeton and salsa mixes with a more poppy vibe after 11pm. Sushi and a drink for Dhs100? Can't be bad. Where did we put our floral shirt? WHERE: JBH

Be a billionaire
Billionaire Mansion's Hip*notize night is always popping and tonight you'll have the pleasure of DJ Mr Shef Codes and Kaboo taking to the decks with all the urban hits you need to make it a good weekend.
WHERE: Taj Hotel

Marlin Friday
Three names, one night. That's how the Ibiza beach club is billing this one. Catch Davide Squillace, Nic Fanciulli and The Mekanism with Gia Sai tomorrow as they spin their tunes way into the early hours.
WHERE:  Blue Marlin
