Got talent?
Over at Creek Park, a special Talent Festival is running at Children's City to encourage kids to take centre stage this summer. Whether you have an aspiring actor, dancer, illusionist, or singer practicing their skills around the house - bring them to Children's City to showcase their skill. Held daily from 4pm to 6pm.
Show dogs
Everyone's favourite doggie show, Paw Patrol will be putting on a live show from 10am to midnight at City Centre Mirdif. The show brims with fun and adventure, as Ryder and his puppy pals - Marshall, Chase and Skye come together to captivate little children and parents alike. Entry is free, so scamper on down.
Family Fun
There's plenty of fun activities for everyone to enjoy around town for DSS! Lego lovers - grab your last chance to meet your favourite Lego characters from 2-10pm at Dubai Festival City Mall and get ready to be soaked at La Mer with the Water Gun Challenge featuring cool water guns. Go 'soak' up the heat.
Toy town
Don't panic, but It's the last chance to catch interactive kids' show TOYS at City Walk this weekend. The show tells the story of two children exploring the magical journey of toys coming to life through animation, 3D video projection and larger than life characters. The show will run three times over the coming days between 6pm and 10pm  - hurry up and catch it!

Wild times
Dubai's Wild Wadi is offering summer spectacular rates until the end of August so you have even more of a reason to splash and play. Admission for visitors who are 1.1 metres and above in height is Dhs249, while visitors below 1.1 metres can enter for Dhs149. A choice of three different meals is also included in the admission, and redeemable at the Julshan's Burger and Dogs restaurant in the park.
Surprise Telephone Booth
Between now and the end of DSS, keep an ear out for the DSS telephone booth in The Dubai Mall as there are a whole host of prizes to be won. Shoppers who hear the telephone booth ringing will have to race to pick up the receiver and answer a special question from the mysterious voice on the other end of the line. Correctly answered questions will win you instant rewards from some of you favourite brands.
