Vintage cars

On display until July 21, two vintage Abu Dhabi Police cars, a Porsche 924 and Range Rover 1st generation from the late '70s, are there for you to see at the atrium section of the capital's Marina Mall near Bounce and Magic Planet. The cars were used to escort the motorcade of Queen Elizabeth during her visit to the UAE in 1979.
Hearty fare
Every Friday at the Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City, you can roll into a lazy breakfast offer before enjoying free pool access. From 11.30am-3pm, for Dhs45, tuck into an unlimited buffet with cold cuts, cheese, sandwiches and a load of coffee before taking a well-earned dip. Children under six can go free of charge as well!
Best brunch in town? It's a 'secret'
Legendary chef Alain Ducasse's first restaurant in the city, miX Dubai, hosts an extravagant Friday brunch at the beautiful Palm restaurant. 'The Secret Brunch' offers a rich haute buffet alongside music by DJs and an amazing live band from 1pm to 5pm.
Picnic park

For Dhs75 you get unlimited access to rides and attractions, free transportation on select dates to and from appointed locations in the UAE and a buffet at Studio Canteen, Mughal-e-Azam and Victoria Station restaurants.
Splatter tactics
Think you've got it in you to be a master general on the battlefield? Test your skills at a stress-relieving and adrenaline-pumping session of paintball with Pursuit Games - Paintball Dubai. As it's summer a game costs Dh55 and what could be more satisfying than putting that argument to rest in a shower of paint pellets?
Step to it
The spiciest restaurant on the block, Trader Vic's JBR, is turning up the heat this season. Coco Loco is back every Saturday from 9pm. Let your hair down and get your dancing shoes on, as the talented instructors team up with the in-house Latin band and have you swaying all over the place. Coco Loco is hosted by the vivacious Melany Ayala, well known for holding the best parties for the Latin community in Dubai. So what are you waiting for? It's the end of the weekend, go out with a bang. Make sure to eat at the restaurant beforehand and, when 9pm comes around, dance and be merry.
