Holi Hai
Holi marks the start of spring and, for many, the start of the new year. It's an occasion for people to enjoy the changing seasons and make new friends. So make your way to Holi Hai-Color Mele May Machaiye Huddangg with Bollywood singers Sukanya Ghosh, Archana Mahajan, Ehsaas Band and DJ Danish on Friday at Zabeel Park, Gate No. 3 Mega Ball Arena. On Saturday Simply Gymnastics is putting on a family day for all gymnasts from all over Dubai. It'll be a day filled with all fun activities! Saddle-up, partners! Berets MC, a Dubai based bike club, will be raising awareness for autism by hosting an Autism Awareness Ride at Dubai Investment Park on Friday. The event will kick off with the ride starting at 10am at the Bikers House Restaurant. Get there from 9am to register. Festivities continue at DIP from 11am.
Uptown fest
Every weekend there's a new 'fam fest', but this one looks great. UPTOWN Mirdiff community is holding a family fun day on Friday from 4pm. Get ready to enjoy arts and crafts, along with a handicraft market, carnival games, a photo booth and live music. The entertainment lineup will showcase exclusive performances by talented musicians, saxophonists and guitarists. It's free!

Love popular music? You're in luck. Bollywood Parks is hosting a Holi celebration in the UAE on Friday with well-known Indian singers and music composers. Falguni Pathak and Avadhoot Gupte will perform against the backdrop of the Raj Mahal. There will also be special stalls and delicious food, all for Dhs49.
