How to make the most of your Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Khaleej Times recommends...
Park life
The Park Street Band mirrors what was once said about Kolkata, it is not just a city (or musical group in this case), it is an emotion; an emotion that brings together people in the UAE with a single common thread - the love for music from the West Bengal capital. The band also organises a billboard show every so often called The Park Street Brunch and it is on this Friday! The Park Street Brunch is an all-day celebration of all things Bengali, where PSB takes to the stage and does a marathon gig and there's customised food and recipes that have stood the test of time. Budding Bengali musical talents are also encouraged to contribute. The Park Street Brunch is on from 1.30pm at Club Everest, Astoria Hotel, Bur Dubai.

The show will be on at The Habitat School, Ajman, at 6.30pm on Saturday.

Joining the world-wide festivities, the hotspots will be filled with authentic Mexican treats and the sound of live Mexican music on Saturday, May 4 from 7pm onwards.
