According to a report in Daily Mail, 21-year-old Brooklyn Beckham, the oldest son of former footballer David Beckham and his wife, fashion designer and former pop star Victoria Beckham, has been telling his friends he has asked his American actress girlfriend, Nicola Peltz, to marry him.
A source revealed to The Mirror that David and Victoria have given the couple their blessing. Nicola, 25, has starred in films like Transformers: Age of Extinction and The Last Airbender, while Brooklyn has taken an interest in modeling and photography.
The Mirror quoted the source as saying, "Brooklyn has been telling his friends in LA that he and Nicola are engaged. It's common knowledge among their group of friends. They are smitten. David and Victoria have very much given this relationship their blessing. It's a very exciting time for the whole family and after a few previous rocky relationships, they think Brooklyn has landed on his feet."
