9am screening for Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’ at these select UAE theaters tomorrow

Fans expressed their disappointment over the delayed release.

If you have been waiting with bated breath to watch Ranbir Kapoor's portrayal of Sanjay Dutt today, we have some bad news of you.
The much-anticipated Raju Hirani movie, Sanju, will hit theatres in the UAE tomorrow, June 29. The date will coincide with the movie's global release.
We checked the websites of all the leading multiplexes in the UAE to confirm the release date. 
The first show in Dubai for Sanju will be screened in select Novo Cinema screen at their Ibn Battuta Mall, DFC, Mega Mall in Sharjah and WTC in Abu Dhabi outlets.  
Debbie Stanford-Kristiansen, CEO of Novo Cinemas told Khaleej Times, "Bollywood films do periodically release with global timelines so this is not unusual for blockbuster releases. At Novo Cinemas, we are showing a special screening at 9am on Friday morning in select cinemas, so film fanatics can be the first in line." 
First shows for Sanju at Vox Cinemas, Reel Cinemas and other Novo Cinemas will begin around 10 am on Friday.  
The movie will also release at Rajmahal Theatre in Bollywood Parks in Dubai. At the ticket price of Dh35, movie-goers can gain free access to Bollywood Parks, one hour before the showtime. 

Movie-goers took to Twitter to share their disappointment about the delayed release. 
The last big-ticket Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Raju Hirani collaboration, PK, saw a delayed release in the UAE too. The UAE release coincided with the India release, on December 19, 2014.
Among the recent film releases in the UAE, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Jab Harry Met Sejal saw a late evening release on Thursdays. 
Sanju stars Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Vicky Causaal, Jim Sarbh, Paresh Rawal, Boman Irani and Mahesh Manjrekar.
