Does the young Columbia grad have the makings of a star?

Bollywood superstar Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her film debut - and her first pictures on set look promising.
Saif's daughter from his first marriage with yesteryear star, Amrita Singh, has started shooting for her first film, 'Kedarnath' opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
On a recent visit to the sets, producer Ekta Kapoor tweeted pictures of the 24-year-old Sara looking elegant in a simple salwar kameez.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film began shooting in September in Dehradun and Kedarnath.

In an interview to Mid-Day, daddy Saif expressed concern on her Columbia grad daughter's debut as he felt that acting was not a stable profession, but was still supportive of her acting ambitions.
According to media reports, Sara and mother Amrita have not taken up any new projects until 'Kedarnath' releases as any future decisions will be based on the success of this film.
'Kedarnath' will narrate a love story, which has been set in the backdrop of the holy temple town of Kedarnath, Uttarakhand. Sushant will be seen portraying the role of a pithu, who carries pilgrims to the shrine while Sara will feature as a young woman, who accompanies a pilgrim to the holy town.
The film is scheduled for release in 2018.
