Pakistani singer, Meesha Shafi, known for her Coke Studio renditions like Aaya Laariye, Jugni, Bholay Bholay, has made a shocking revelation. She has accused singer turned actor Ali Zafar of sexually harassing her.
On a post on Twitter, Meesha posted a long note revealing details of her harassment that has now gone viral. Narrating her ordeal, the singer says, "I have been subjected, on more than one occasion, to sexual harassment of a physical nature at the hands of a colleague from my industry: Ali Zafar. These incidences didn't happen when I was young, or just entering the industry. This happened to me despite the fact that I am an empowered, accomplished woman who is known for speaking her mind! This happened to me as a mother of two children."

The mother of two shared her #MeToo story with an alarming message. "If this can happen to someone like me, an established artist, then it can happen to any young woman hoping to break into the industry and that concerns me gravely."
Pakistani singer-songwriter Ali Zafar made his Bollywood debut with 'Tere Bin Laden' and was later seen in movies like 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan', 'London Paris New York', 'Kill Dil' and more.
