News reports are coming in that the Narcotics Control Bureau in Mumbai has summoned actors Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in the drugs case linked to the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput.
A senior NCB official related to the probe said, "Summons have been issued to Deepika, Sara, Shraddha and Rakul for questioning. Besides four Bollywood actors, the NCB has also summoned fashion designer Simone Khambatta."

Deepika, who is currently in Goa to shoot for Shakun Batra's next alongside Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi, has consulted her legal team, according to media reports.
NCB had also summoned Deepika's manager Karishma Prakash, but she skipped the summons citing ill-health.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bollywood talent agency, KWAN, Dhruv Chitgopekar, on Wednesday appeared before the NCB for questioning in connection with the drugs case.

The NCB had summoned Chitgopekar, Head Talent Manager Jaya Saha and Karishma yesterday to join the ongoing investigation. Karishma handles Deepika Padukone's account.

This is a developing story. (With inputs from IANS)
