Coronavirus: Amitabh Bachchan thanks fans for prayers, wishes

The actor is admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai.

Veteran Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan has taken to social media to express his gratitude for fans' prayers and wishes for his good health.
"To them that have expressed their concern, their prayers and their wishes for Abhishek Aishwarya Aaradhya and me .. my unending gratitude and love," the actor posted on Twitter.
He further said that it wasn't possible for him to acknowledge everyone's wishes and thanked everyone for their 'eternal love and affection'.
Amitabh and son Abhishek Bachchan were hospitalized at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai after testing positive for Covid-19 on Saturday.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya also tested positive and are currently under home quarantine. Jaya Bachchan tested negative for coronavirus.
