Complaint against popular Indian singer for kissing minor on reality show

A complaint has been registered against Bollywood singer Angarag Papon Mahanta for molesting one of the contestants from a television reality show.  
Indian top court lawyer Runa Bhuyan filed a complaint with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR, under the POSCO act, against the singer for 'inappropriately kissing' the minor. 
In the live video on Papon's Facebook page, the 41-year-old singer was seen celebrating Holi with few of the contestants from the reality show 'The Voice of India Kids Season 2. 
In the video, we can see Papon applying colors to the young contestant and planting a kiss. The video became controversial as a complaint has been filed on the singer.
According to a report in Outlook India, lawyer Runa Bhuyan in her complaint alleges that the video  "objectionable content violating bodily integrity amounting into sexual assault on a minor girl."
"I am shocked to see the behaviour of the said singer Angarag Papon Mahanta towards a minor girl where he is seen to be applying colours on a minor girl and inappropriately kissing the said girl. On seeing the video, I am seriously concerned regarding the safety and security of minor girls participating in reality shows across India," she was further quoted in the story.
