How does it feel to win the UAE title?
It feels wonderful to be crowned Miss India UAE. I love UAE and India so it’s amazing to have both of my favourite countries in my title. I feel more responsible because of that. An Indian beauty crowned in the Arabian Desert. Sounds beautiful, doesnt it?
Tell us about your association with the UAE.
I was born in India and lived there for 11 years before my family moved to Dubai 12 years ago. I am a professional fitness instructor but I worked in events as a VIP hostess for fashion brands. I am going to pursue my career in acting now.
How confident were you during the show?
I was pretty confident because I was satisfied with my preparation. I worked really hard every night before going to sleep. So I know I did my best.
How are you planning to prepare for the international pageant?
I’ve started my preps already. My diet and workout routine has always been good. I’ve just made my workout a bit more intense. I make sure to read newspapers everyday and watch at least one documentary a day. I practice my walk during my workout.
What are your plans for the future?
I’m looking forward to working as an actress. I want to travel around the world and meet a lot of people and learn different cultures.
