Actress Jennifer Aniston, who is single, wants people to be strong and fight their fear of being alone.

“I think it’s about finding the right person which means something and not settling. There are a lot of single people who are as happy as a lark. There are a lot of married people not as thrilled as they would like to be,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying.

The 41-year-old actress plays a woman who gets pregnant using a sperm donor in her upcoming movie The Switch and she chose the role because she said she could “relate” to it. “I relate to all those women who I know have gone through this choice, this decision in life. Especially in this case, the women in my life who have gone through the struggles and heartbreak and frustration of fertility and adoption and all of that. I think that’s why it jumped out at me so immediately, the connection I had to it,” she added.

THE O’REILLY FACTOR

Aniston has hit out at outspoken political pundit Bill O’Reilly after he branded her “destructive” to society for praising artificial insemination.

She had spoken openly in support for women who choose to use sperm donors to have children while promoting The Switch. Her remarks infuriated O’Reilly, who accused her of “diminishing the role of the dad” on his show The O’Reilly Factor last week.

“Dads bring a psychology to children that is in this society, I believe, under-emphasised. I think men get hosed all day long in the parental arena,” contactmusic.com quoted him as saying. Responding to his criticism, Aniston said, “Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth. And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming (with fatherly instincts), but for those who’ve not yet found their Bill O’Reilly, I’m just glad science has provided a few other options,” she said.

DIRTY TALK

Aniston added that she enjoyed talking dirty to her co-star Charlie Day in her next movie Horrible Bosses.

The actress, who is playing a sex obsessed dentist in the movie, will be seen using lustful language for her role. “The crazy part is the ease with which all these words are falling out of my mouth. I don’t know what I’ve unlocked here,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying. Though the actress didn’t shy away from the racy words, she was nervous about ditching her clothes in front of Charlie. “It’s so funny and weird and twisted. I’m naked with Charlie Day, who I’ve known for minutes,” she said.
