BIPASHA BASU AND her Jodi Breakers co-star R Madhavan walked the ramp for ace designer Rocky S as he displayed his wedding collection on day four of the Wills India Fashion Week.
The 33-year-old actress’ bridal attire prompted questions about her marriage plans. But Bipasha, who broke up with her long time boyfriend, John Abraham last year, said she is still on the lookout for her perfect groom with assistance from Madhavan.
“I am very busy. I don’t have time to find a groom. Madhavan is helping me find one. For me he is a ‘Jodi Maker,’” said Bipasha.
Madhavan, who graced the ramp for the first time, looked confident as the show stopper beside Bipasha.
“I feel confident now but my knees were shaking when I was standing backstage. I have found a very good friend in Rocky and he boosted my confidence,” he said after the show.
Rocky, whose list of clientele includes many Bollywood biggies, was showcasing his wedding collection titled ‘Vilasa’ .
“The collection is very close to my heart as the theme was wedding and I really wanted to do something special for the most important day of a person,” the designer said.
