Shabestan wins again at the What’s On Restaurant Awards
Radisson Blu hotel, Dubai Deira Creek scooped an award for the best Middle Eastern restaurant, putting its famous Shabestan, Iranian restaurant, once again in the culinary limelight.
In the past few years, the What’s On Award has become a battlefield for all the restaurants in the region. Since the number of outstanding dining venues has increased, the voters, who are the customers of these restaurants, are making it a tough competition to win.
There were 21 main categories, ranging from the preferred restaurants, bars, clubs, sporting event to concert of the past year. The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek was nominated in 10 categories, taking home the award for Favourite Middle Eastern Restaurant in Dubai for Shabestan.
