Sajid keeps his promise to Kareena

SAJID NADIADWALA associations with the Kapoor family goes a long way.

It started off with Kareena's sister Karisma who had amazing record with the Nadiadwala banner with super hits Jeet and Judwaa to her credit.

And during one of the shootings, Kareena who used to be in school at that time, visited her sister on her sets.

And it was during that time Sajid promised Kareena that one day his banner will make a film with her.

And now after years, Sajid has kept his promise by signing Kareena for Kambakth Ishq opposite Akshay Kumar.

"I remember Kareena coming to visit her sister and at that time she was studying in school and she had no intention of getting into acting. When I told her I'm going to make a movie with her, she just laughed and told me she is not interested in movies. She wants to study further, but my prediction came true and here I am, making a movie with my favourite actress Karisma's sister and with my favourite actor Akshay Kumar," says Sajid.
