“With security being deployed in many places it will be practical to postpone the film’s release by a week or so as some may not be able to go watch it,” added Ranbir.

The 27-year-old actor said he is doing his part, although postponing the release is difficult.

“It is not in my hands but we are in talks with the producer. There are too many people involved in the release of a film and it may be difficult to push the release as bookings are already made,” he said.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie is a romantic comedy revolving around the lives of Kiara (Priyanka) and Akash (Ranbir) who are trying to find luck in their lives after several failed attempts to be successful in their careers and in love.
