The law, enacted in January 2023 but untested so far, places France at the forefront of nations taking a sterner stance on crime-ridden websites
No one thought they would end up working together-but then again, this is show business, where the impossible can become possible-and so it is that Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin have teamed up in what is now the most talked-about and most pressure-laden pairing on primetime television.
The two are co-stars in Lobo, one of three new shows premiered by ABS-CBN on the primetime slot. Of the three shows, it is Lobo that is being most closely watched because it is Angel's first project on ABS-CBN. The success or failure of the show will either prove that she made the right decision to transfer, or it will do the opposite.
Both Piolo and Angel are aware of the pressure. Angel especially, since when she was with GMA, her shows rated exceptionally well. Lobo premiered January 28 with a 26.7 audience share (people say it did okay for a pilot, and are expecting the ratings to go up as the show progresses) but Angel says it's not about the ratings.
"I can't promise that the show will be number one or that it will run for a long time, the way my other shows did before," says Angel.
