No longer Queen of Bollywood?
The once very busy actress who is now practically out of work (she just has a reality show Dance Premier League) is not on good terms with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Apparently things have soured so much between the two that they are not even on talking terms with each other.
The relationship between the Bhansalis and Rani developed cracks when Rani did Yash Raj Film’s Dil Bole Haddipa! Bela (Bhansali’s sister), wanted to direct a movie with Rani and Shahid called ‘Haddipa’, but Rani refused the offer saying Shahid was too young for her. But later she went ahead with Shahid as her hero in Dil Bole Haddipa! We also hear that Rani feels that she isn’t part of Bhansali’s Guzaarish because of the Hadippa! episode.
Aishwarya recently patched up with Shah Rukh Khan leaving Rani with few options besides Salman Khan. But Salman has maintained in his clause that he would prefer working with young and new faces.
So, the biggest loser with all and sundry right now is Rani Mukherjee!
