New man in Sush's life

the latest man in Sush's life is Dulha Mil Gaya director, Mudassar. The film stars Sushmita, Shah Rukh Khan and Fardeen Khan in important roles.

Before Bunty, Sushmita was involved with ad filmmaker Manav Menon before she left for Trinidad to shoot for DMG in May. Prior to Menon, she had a long relationship with actor Randeep Hooda.

Says a source in the film industry, "Sushmita and Mudassar have been dating ever since she broke up with Bunty, about a month ago. Sushmita and Mudassar go back a long way. They have known each other for a long time, and became very good friends on the sets of DMG in Trinidad. Of late, the friendship has blossomed into romance. They have been spotted going out together."

When contacted, Mudassar laughed. "I am very fond of Sushmita as an actor. I know her from the time she did Zindaggi Rocks, which I wrote for Tanuja Chandra. We are very good friends. We do have things in common to talk about. We share a great rapport, but it's not a romantic association," he claimed.

Has Sush spoken to him about her ex-boyfriends? "There are certain issues, which we don't talk about," says the writer-turned-director.

Quizzed about being spotted together, Mudassar does not deny that he and Sush did go out together. "We are professionals. We must have been discussing work," he quips.

DMG producer Vivek Vaswani prefers to defend his director. "Since Sushmita has a very difficult and challenging role in DMG, she has interacted with me and Mudassar very closely in this film. Hence, it is being misconstrued. They have been around me--most of the time, and carrying on behind my back is a little difficult," he says.

Sushmita plays a supermodel in DMG. SRK plays a business tycoon, who is her boyfriend. DMG also stars Vaswani himself, Tara Sharma, Johny Lever and Suchitra Pillai.
