For Valentine’s Day, The Thai Kitchen, Park Hyatt Dubai, will prepare a wide range of mouthwatering food types that can also be enjoyed on the adjacent outdoor terrace. The eight-course Valentine’s set menu includes a selection of wok-prepared delights, such as ‘Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab with Garlic and Pepper Sauce’; a choice of clay pots, including ‘Braised Pork Spare Ribs in Honey Sauce’ and ‘Beef in Panang Curry’; a variety of salads, such as ‘Mussels with Lemongrass, Chili and Garlic Sauce’ and ‘Barbecued Chicken with Mint Leaves’; as well as plates filled with steamed, fried and char-grilled Thai delights.

Children can treat their parents to a special ‘Family Valentine’s Day’ at the Beach Bar & Grill located at the One & Only Royal Mirage, The Palace. Celebrate and share this special occasion together within the elegant wooden decks overlooking the warm shores of the Arabian Gulf amidst a casual and relaxed island beach atmosphere. The experience is enhanced by the pleasant strums of the acoustic guitar. Families can indulge in a three-course menu of fresh fish and seafood platters.
