IT’S SEPTEMBER TO JULY FOR PAK-CURRICULA SCHOOLS
The Ministry of Education has announced changes in the beginning and conclusion of the academic year for private schools following the Pakistani curricula.
The new changes will be effective from the next academic year where the beginning of the year will be from September 2, instead of April, and the year will end in mid-July, where earlier it used to end by March of every year.
The ministry issued a circular yesterday and distributed it to the schools after a recommendation from the Pakistani Educational Council for the secondary stage. The council also decided that the students of the Grades X and XI would continue with their external exams for the current academic year and the next.
