Yields: 15 Cookies

This is a gluten free, dairy free, vegan and paleo recipe. (Tahini is not only tasty but it is very nutritional and has a lot of calcium so it is very good for your bones.)

INGREDIENTS

Organic Almond Flour................150 g

Gluten free Baking Soda..........1/2 tsp

Salt, a pinch

Organic Tahini.............................100 g

Organic Grade A Maple Syrup...3 tbsp

Organic Vanilla Extract.............1/2 tsp

Oganic White Sesame Seeds....2 tbsp

Organic Black Sesame Seeds...2 tbsp

METHOD

1. Preheat your oven at 180° C

2. Put a baking paper in a baking tray and keep aside

3. In a bowl, add the almond flour, the baking soda and the salt and mix

4. Then add the tahini, the maple syrup and the vanilla extract

5. Combine well and make 15 small balls

6. In another bowl, add the white and black sesame seed together

7. Take each ball and roll in the sesame seeds

8. Flatten the balls on the baking tray

9.  Bake for to 8 to 15 minutes

The time in each oven may differ, so it is better to start checking from the 10th minute. They will be a bit soft when you take them out. Place them on a rack and let them cool completely. Bon Appetit and enjoy these scrumptious cookies!
