Fitness guru Mickey Mehta who trains and manages health regimes of high flying celebs like Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Preity Zinta and many others has formulated a strategy for her that involves equipment free exercises and intelligent wellness programmes such as Yoga, breathing, swimming, martial arts etc.

Hannsikaa has been put on a special diet called the 'Vedic diet' which consists of nuts, sprouts, fruits, soups, salads, 'jawari rotis', mildly steamed veggies, wholesome brown rice etc. But being the kid that she is what if she is tempted to junk food? Says Mehta, "We don't stop her from junk. But we also inculcate the responsibility within her to stay away from what is not good for her. She understands the programme, so she tries hard to fight temptation. For a 16-year-old she is amazing."

So, what exactly are equipment free intelligent exercises? How is it different from a normal cardio-weight training regime? "She is being trained in Yoga, Pilates and Calisthenics. Calisthenics is a technique wherein you use your own body weight and train it towards flexibility. Equipment based programmes are unintelligent and moronic.

The programme Hannsikaa is put on can be at best called holistic. It will help her handle pressure, keep her cool, manage fame and live a balanced life." "I have been handling her for the past one month. She is very responsible and responsive. I can already see changes in her. Her ideal body fat ratio is steadily improving. She has been neglecting her body because she was studying all these days. Soon she will have a perfect figure," says Mehta.
