HIGH SCHOOL GIRL ENDS UP IN JAIL

After a while, she turned into a professional prostitute and was finally caught red-handed with an Asian. She was referred to a court that sentenced her to eleven months in jail.

“Despite being convicted, the blame for her delinquency must be equally shared by many others, like her family, school and society,” according to a social activist. The student’s family neither gave her due attention, nor did they observe her properly. They kept quarrelling among themselves, with no consideration for her feelings. Finally, she was preyed upon by a pimp who pushed her into prostitution.”

The activist, who wishes to remian anonymous, added: “Her school, likewise, was not observant enough to notice the student’s regular absence and keep an eye on her. It lacked proper security, a social worker or counsellor who could guide her properly. Instead, it got mindlessly involved in administrative issues and did not safeguard the girl from the clutches of criminals.”
