Who are your dance icons?
No one as such... I try to find an icon in every dancer.

As a mentor, what is the most difficult task you face?
I'm usually a fun loving person, but as a mentor I have to be strict with my kids. There are times when I don't want them to do certain things and they might think 'why is he doing this' but it's for their own good and eventually they would realise it. It's basically being a parent, where if your child does something wrong, it's your duty to correct them...

Are you looking forward to discovering Dubai talent at the Grand Finale?
Yes, really excited and am sure I will be getting some fab talent from Dubai!

You started your career with ABCD. Do you feel that film changed perceptions of dancing as a profession and broke new ground?
Yes, definitely. ABCD was made with no stars... it became a cult movie because of the sheer talent of the performers. This just shows that the audience really appreciated our art and accepted the fact that if you are talented then you don't need stars for a hit movie.

Which Bollywood actor/actress do you feel is an exceptional dancer?
Amongst the actors there are many! To name a few, Hrithik Roshan, Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan and Tiger Shroff.
