The desert feel has been recreated with a carpet made from pine leaves, surrounded by red smooth sand and fresh green grass, on which visitors are treated to traditional Ramadan rituals of coffee and dates every evening of this Holy season.

In a bid to give back to the less privileged members of society, the Centre partnered with du and Red Crescent to launch a community initiative that encourages customers to donate eye glasses, books, mobile phones and clothes and in turn receive discount coupons which can be redeemed at participating stores in the centre.

Jassim Al Khaja, General Manager, Ajman City Centre said, "Through this charity drive, we hope to encourage people in our community to take a minute to help their less fortunate brethren."

Shoppers spending Dh150 in any of the Centre's over 70 stores (excluding Carrefour) will be entered into weekly raffle draws where they will have the opportunity to instantly win Dh10,000 in City Cash Vouchers and a chance to win the Grand Prize, Nissan X-Trail. Furthermore, shoppers at Carrefour also have a chance to win the Nissan X-Trail by spending Dh150 on purchases.
