Cameron, 30, was arrested in New York for possession of what The New York Post reported was a “massive amount” of crystal methamphetamine with intent to distribute it.
A spokeswoman for the US Attorney for the Southern District said the office had no comment. But the New York City Police Department confirmed that “the feds took him in.”
Douglas was arrested last week by the Drug Enforcement Administration at a hotel in Manhattan, allegedly with about half a pound of crystal meth in his possession, the Post said.
Other media, including TMZ.com, said the arrest occurred earlier on Monday. Officials at the DEA could not be reached for comment.
Douglas was previously arrested in 2007 for felony possession of a controlled substance.
