TRAITEUR IN OUR MIDST

Traiteur, Park Hyatt Dubai

Traiteur, Park Hyatt Dubai will continue its initiative with Seawings, the only seaplane tour operator in the Middle East in January. Friday Brunch guests in Traiteur will be entered automatically into the weekly free draw to win a 40-minute sightseeing tour for two people over the city of Dubai. Diners can choose from among four brunch packages available from 12:30pm to 4pm. Brunch package 1: Dhs295 per person, including food and non-alcoholic beverages; Brunch package 2: Dhs425 per person, including food, the amber nectar and red or white; Brunch package 3: Dhs550 per person, including food and Veuve Clicquot; and the Premium Brunch package 4: Dhs1,500 per person, including pick-up and drop-off in a hotel limousine, food, Dom Perignon and premium selected cheeky beverages, as well as a gift from Pistache (Park Hyatt Dubai’s patisserie).

Featuring a large selection of appetisers and live cooking stations, Traiteur offers shucked Fine de Claire oysters, and spit-roasted duck, lamb and USA beef from the rotisserie. Lobster, shrimps and salmon from the grill station will also delight, while a live station serves eggs Benedict as well as a selection of vegetables and potatoes served in copper pots, from French beans to roasted pumpkin. A variety of cuisine is also on offer from the piazza area outside Traiteur, where the live grill station offers marinated lamb chops, chicken and beef tenderloin with Mediterranean vegetables.

Float Your Boat Friday brunch

Traders Hotel- Dubai

The popular prawn bucket promotion is making a comeback at Traders Hotel, Dubai from January 17 to 31. The all-time favourite prawn bucket promotion is available daily for lunch and dinner at The Junction restaurant at only Dhs79 per person.
