US delegation briefed on UAE opportunities
DUBAI — UAE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy (MoE) for planning sector, Mohammed Ahmed Bin Abdul Aziz, yesterday briefed a delegation of US Congress about the economic and investment opportunities in the country.
A presentation was made to the delegation during its visit to the MoE headquarters in Abu Dhabi highlighting the latest economic and investment developments and progress in the UAE.
On the issue of Islamic banking and its status, Abdul Aziz said that the Islamic Shariah compliant banks are in demand and is demand increasing.
