Dubai is known to offer you luxury at a click, which lets you pamper with wide and varied choices, be it garments, cars, and the list is endless. Dresos, a brand-new and easy-to-use online styling service, offers Dubai residents a unique shopping experience from the comfort of their home and by the touch of a button. And best of all, the service is free and fast. Dresos is now available in Dubai and deliveries packed with stylish outfits will take as little as 48 hours after registration.

“People’s shopping behaviours really have changed over the years. A trend that has been further accelerated by the recent Covid-19 pandemic. And while a brick-and-mortar presence will remain important for brands in the UAE, we see a clear uptake in online demand. For many of Dubai’s residents, shopping is often associated with a struggle to find parking, crowded shopping floors, poor customer service, an inability to find the right outfit, limited assortments, and being met with lengthy queues in front of changing rooms and check-outs. Whereas online they spend hours scrolling through individual pieces and trying to make the best out of it,” said Vladimir Radojevic.

“And that is exactly where we come in. All we need our customers to do is fill in a five-minute online quiz. From there we will take care of it all. Our stylists pick and choose outfits that are tailored around individual preferences. Through agreements with leading retailers, we are able to tap into a huge selection of products, different sizes, and colours, and can choose from some of the latest fashion trends. From an operational point of view, this means we hold no stock ourselves and have limited fixed costs.”

The new curated styling service has been launched this week in Dubai. The e-commerce startup that is based at in5 Tech, which is part of Tecom Group, is now offering free styling services to Dubai residents in form of boxes that are being delivered to customers’ homes, containing a set number of curated outfits that are based on each customer’s individual preferences.

Employing an experienced team of styling experts, customers that sign-up for the new service can now avoid the hustle and bustle of Dubai’s malls and get a shopping experience that is uniquely tailored towards their needs, price points, and dressing sense. Bringing the new service to Dubai and having a combined experience of 30 years in the retail sector across Europe and the GCC region, are Vladimir Radojevic, co-founder and CEO, and Aleksandar Jankovic, co-founder, and head of creative.

Aleksandar Jankovic, co-founder, and head of creative added, “We are trying to build the brand people want to be associated with. We engage with peoples’ emotions and try to deliver the brand that talks to their lifestyle or influences one they already created. We don’t put just the product placement in front of them, we are helping customers build their own lifestyle.” — sandhya@khaleejtimes.com
