The hotel scored the highest in all categories achieving scores above 84 in all of the 10 criteria which included business services, systems available and leisure facilities.
In the World's Top 100 ranking, it received the 18th position. Robert Kunkler, general manager of Emirates Towers after receiving the award said: "We are proud and delighted to be recognised by readers of the world's most influential travel magazine and being awarded with the prestigious title of 'Favourite Overseas Business Hotel' which is a very important acknowledgement for us".
He added: " I would like to thank all colleagues of Emirates Towers Hotel and Jumeirah International who have contributed to the success of the hotel and the achievement of this prestigious award through their hard work and dedication."
Emirates Towers Hotel is the third tallest hotel in the world and is located in the central business district of Dubai. Since its inauguration in 2000, it has won numerous prestigious international travel and tourism awards like "The World's Leading Business Hotel' in 2001 and 'Middle East Business Hotel of the Year' in 2002.
This year it also won "Best Business Hotel in the Middle East" by the readers of Business Traveller Magazine Middle East and "Best Hotel in the Middle East" by the readers of Business Traveller Magazine , Germany.
