The rapid growth of Tejari across the region, which has including the establishment of Tejari operations in Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Syria and Iraq, has increased the logistical complexity of training new clients in the use of Tejari's online procurement services. The deal with Humansoft, a global company with a presence throughout the region is aimed at enhancing Tejari's trading partners to fully optimise their use of the marketplace.

"The pan-Arab training alliance with Humansoft is an essential aspect of our expansion into additional geographies. Tejari has made it a priority to provide convenient, professional training and support to clients, and our relationship with Humansoft will allow us to ensure that our members have locally-based experts to provide a superior standard of training around the region," said Shaikha Lubna Al-Qasimi, chief executive officer, Tejari.

As part of the agreement, Tejari is outsourcing all of the administration, sales, scheduling, and delivery of training to Humansoft, following an intensive online procurement induction for the New Horizons (one of Humansoft's entities) regional team.

"Humansoft partnership with Tejari gives us the opportunity to team up with one of the Middle East's most dynamic brands and advance our regional expertise in online procurement and e-commerce. We have the reach and specific Middle East experience to support the training of Tejari's clients all over the Gulf and Levant," said Fahad Al-Othman, chairman and managing director of Humansoft Group.
