Samsung’s 2025 was packed with innovation, from new foldables to an ultra-thin design language. Now, all eyes are on Galaxy Unpacked 2026, where Samsung is expected to unveil the highly anticipated Galaxy S26 lineup.
When is Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2026?
According to a leaked image shared by reliable tipster Evan Blass, Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2026 is expected to take place on February 25, 2026. While Samsung has yet to confirm the event’s exact time and timezone, Blass’ track record suggests the date is close to locked in.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra battery leak
One of the biggest talking points after a potential price cut is the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra battery. A specification leak via Android Headlines claims Samsung will stick with a 5,000mAh battery, unchanged from the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This comes despite rivals like Honor and Xiaomi adopting silicon-carbon battery tech in 2025, delivering multi-day battery life.
Galaxy S26 Ultra design and specs
Official renders of the Galaxy S26 Ultra suggest a familiar look, with subtle refinements. Expect rounder edges and a new pill-shaped camera module, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The camera setup reportedly includes:
200MP main camera
50MP ultrawide
10MP telephoto
50MP periscope telephoto
Dimension-wise, the phone measures 163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm, making it slimmer than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Samsung appears to be reusing its ultra-thin engineering from the Galaxy Z Fold 7, without sacrificing battery capacity.
Unpacked 2026 is shaping up to be a big moment for Samsung fans, especially if reports about the upcoming S26 Ultra price cuts are true.
