Apple has officially entered the retail market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the launch of the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app. For the first time, customers in the Kingdom can enjoy a fully localised experience in Arabic and direct access to Apple’s full range of products and services.

This move marks a significant milestone for the brand in the region, as it brings Apple’s signature shopping experience, including personalisation, expert support, and localised services, directly to customers in Saudi Arabia.

Through the Apple Store online and app, users in Saudi Arabia can browse Apple’s entire product lineup, from the latest iPhones and iPads to Macs and wearables. The experience is tailored to each user; showing recommendations based on their existing devices, offering product comparisons, and providing order tracking.

Shoppers can now customise their Mac’s specs, from chip and memory to storage, and personalise Apple Watch combinations. In a first for the region, customers can engrave AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTags with names, emojis, or numbers in both Arabic and English, all through apple.com/sa-en/store.

Apple also introduced localised support via chat and phone, enabling customers to get expert guidance in Arabic on product selection, data migration, iOS setup, and even cellular activation.

While the online launch is Apple’s first direct-to-customer retail step in Saudi Arabia, it won’t be the last. The company confirmed plans to open its first flagship stores in the Kingdom beginning in 2026. Among the planned locations is a landmark retail outlet in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
