Streets and infrastructure in three cities suffer extensive damage as Israeli forces dig up roads and destroy houses
A division of WAFI Industrial LLC, TCTI will launch its bid to break into Libya's fast -expanding food market during the 'UAE in Libya' exhibition taking place in Tripoli in November. The event is presenting UAE-based businesses with a 'gateway' to capitalise on Libya's new era of growth and development.
The company, which has completed several projects under the UN 'Oil for Food' programme through its Baghdad office, sees Libya as a significant new market, which can give a fresh boost to the company's revenues.
"Libya is an extremely exciting market for us now final sanctions have been lifted and the country is entering a period of massive foreign investment and enterprise," said Subeash Sumanasekera, Assistant General Manager of TCTI.
"Experience gained in Iraq prepares us for doing business in a re-opened market and we hope this knowledge, along our presence at 'UAE in Libya', will give us a competitive edge."
