The MoU with DCCI provides us another opportunity to work for the benefit of hundreds of UAE National jobseekers. DCCI is considered as one of the most important government department that helps generate employment opportunity in various sectors. I would like to thank the members of DCCI for their pro-active approach and support to Tanmia, which too provides on-job training programmes, thus increasing the number of job opportunities for UAE nationals, added Dr Al Awar.

Stating importance of Emiratisation, Al Mutaiwee further said: “We hope that this MoU will facilitate the entry of nationals into the private sector, thanks to the experience Tanmia holds in the development of human resources and employment generation among UAE nationals. We will provide specialised mechanism to streamline communication between the employers and Tanmia to make available to UAE nationals the best possible jobs, thus contributing towards Emiratisation. DCCI also plans to provide all the necessary help and support to the employed UAE nationals, especially those who own small-scale business. Along with Tanmia, DCCI plans to create suitable job vacancies for UAE nationals in various technical fields.
