Targeting investors with limited income levels, the project envisages the development of 7,000 residential apartments, and related living facilities and public services. The township is planned to be comfortably situated between Amman and Zarqa, and will cover a total area of 2000 dunums.

As Tameer continues to grow within the UAE, the firm is strongly eyeing regional property markets within the Middle East and Levant. Working closely with partner organisations in different markets, the latest Tameer project is the result of a strategic agreement between Tameer Holding and Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDC).

Speaking on the key residential development in Jordan, Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holding remarked: "Our latest residential project is being specially designed to cater to investors with limited income. While we will provide cost-effective residential facilities for people looking to reside in Jordan, the township will maintain Tameer's high quality standards and specific attention to detail in providing a comfortable living environment. Partnering with HUDC, we believe that the residential development will help meet the growing demand for quality, cost-effective residential space in Jordan while reinforcing Tameer's strong presence within Jordan's property market."

Being developed in clearly defined project phases, each phase of Tameer's residential project in Jordan will include the completion of around 2200 residential apartments. The first phase will also see the construction of full-fledged trade and entertainment facilities.
