The deal — worth Dh522 million in total — commissions Al Rahji Projects and Construction to build 41 residential buildings within Al Ameera Village: a mixed-use, first-of-its-kind project within the Emirate of Ajman. Tameer has issued a letter of acceptance to Al Rajhi Projects and Construction and work will commence in early April.

When completed, Al Ameera Village grand town-sized project will contain a five-star hotel, shopping mall, residential and business facilities. "Ajman is now a market in itself, with other property developers becoming increasingly attracted to the Emirate," said Omar Ayesh, President, Tameer Holding.
