Yannick Poupon, General Manager of Taj Palace Dubai and ambassador of the Taj Group, will be joining other Dubai hospitality and tourism executives who will embark on a three cities sojourn to impress New Zealanders on Dubai and its excellent leisure features including business opportunities. The roadshow will be showcasing Dubai in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
Mohd El Kahla, the hotel Director of Sales, exclaimed optimism on the growing popularity of Dubai and the country, "this is the first of a series of roadshows we will be participating with DTCM. There are more exhibitions lined-up for the year. "It is important for us to be consistent in participating in these shows as more new regions and areas are explored providing us new markets to tap. Due to our location, product profile and our famous Taj hospitality, Taj Palace Dubai has become the most preferred hotel by tourists and persons doing business in Dubai."
He added, "We are confident that the success we have achieved in 2003 will be duplicated this year if not surpassed. We are striving hard to upgrade our product offer as well as continue to introduce excellent guest services to all our loyal patrons."
The following fairs will be attended by Taj Palace Dubai in March, such as the ITB Fair in Berlin in early March and the DTCM Leisure Fair in Moscow from 24-27th March. Last year, Taj Palace Dubai met new professionals in the trade and signed contracts amounting to business growth resulting from the presence made in all these shows.
