TAG-Org Launches Professional Services and Products

DUBAI — Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organisation (TAG-Org) has announced that it has launched a wide range of new, technology-focused professional services and products to mark its presence at Gitex.

TAG-Org, the region’s leading provider of diversified professional services with 71 offices in 35 countries, through its member firms that operate in a spectrum of industries, has also lined up several high-profile presentations, interactive demos and networking activities, says a Press release.

Dr. Raed Awdeh, TAG-Org ICT Executive Director and Gitex project leader, said: “This is TAG-Org’s first participation in Gitex and we have already received a strong positive response from the public and other companies. We have adopted a ‘Come to us for Solutions’ motto because we believe that with our solid experience and top-quality products and services we can achieve optimum customer satisfaction in this high-tech world.”

TAG-Org’s innovative enterprise solutions that have been launched at Gitex include TAG-PEDIA, which is the first Arabic electronic encyclopedia; TAG Accountant, the world’s first bilingual encyclopedia of accounting entries; TAG ICT Dictionary, an English-Arabic dictionary of about 6,500 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) terms; TAG-Domains, an Internet domain registration service that includes Country Code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs), Generic Top-Level Domains (gTLDs), and Arabic Domain Names. The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Cambridge IT Skills Center will also be represented at Gitex 2008.

TAG-ITI, TAG-Org’s ICT consultancy arm, is also presenting its full range of services at Gitex.

TAG-ITI’s Executive Director Jamal Al Khalili stated: “Gitex is a great opportunity for us to present our new products and services to the public. TAG-ITI is offering a wide variety of presentations, networking opportunities, and interactive demo stations designed to help professionals find solutions for their IT requirements.”
