SPE to hold international conference in Oman
MUSCAT - The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), a global organisation committed to enhancing the technical and professional competence of oil and gas industry professionals has announced it would hold its first international conference in Oman later this year.
The three-day event, from April 21 to 23 and dubbed 'The SPE EOR Technical Conference', will be held on the sidelines of the 'Oil & Gas West Asia (OGWA) 2008' exhibition.
The focus of the conference, which will attract delegates from all over the region, will be on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), which includes chemical, thermal and gas technologies.
