Sorouh awards Al Nagfa design to EWAN

DUBAI — Sorouh Real Estate announced that it has awarded the design contract of the Nagfa Hotel and Mall in Al Ain to a team led by EWAN Architectural & Engineering Consultancy.

Added to Al Oyoun Village in Al Nagfa area, these two projects create a substantial portfolio for Sorouh in Al Ain, and affirm Sorouh's dedication to enhancing the natural beauty of the city.

Mounir Haidar, CEO of Sorouh said: "We are committed to developing this project in keeping with both the natural landscape and the traditional architectural language of the existing Al Oyoun Village."

The Al Nagfa Hotel has 160 rooms ranging from standard to executive and ambassador suites. The hotel will offer a wide range of facilities including an indoor and outdoor spa, gym, infinity pool, a kids club, tennis courts as well as a restaurant.

When completed, the Al Nagfa Mall will be a major shopping and leisure destination for residents and visitors in Al Ain.
