Rockson Rodrigues, Head of the Dubai Representative Office welcomed the gathering and presented an introduction on Qatar.
Speaking on the occasion, Yousuf Al Mannah said Qatar is becoming extremely attractive for global investors and sounded optimistic that global community would come to Qatar and benefit from its investor friendly climate.
Delivering a keynote address, Seetharaman of Doha Bank summarised elaborated on GCC transformation and investment opportunities in Qatar.
The presentation focused on various changes taking places globally, regionally and in Qatar.
"In addition to its own intrinsic attractiveness such as liberal investment regime, friendly government policies, infrastructure, abundance of resources and manpower, Qatar is very strategically located right in the middle of Asia and Africa — proximity to two huge markets. This also makes Qatar a favourite investment destination, he added."
